Had a real good experience, he greeted me with a smile, and listened very well, and had everything sorted/done within about 1 minutes time.

Extremely poor service. Staff are rude. Did not get a car, paid for it however. They have stolen our money. And we are the ones that have to go through all the bull#?&@ to try and get our money back. The company and staff are a JOKE.

Contacted this place to enquire about a truck rental 13 months ago and they hung up on me as I was half way through a sentence. Very rude staff that day.
