Disgusting customer service. Lady over phone was rude and unhelpful!
Refused to assist with my request and argued with me.
Promised to reserve a car but when we arrived at the airport they had no records of my reservation.
Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We booked a car and went to pick it up and were rejected fo not ‘ meeting security criteria ‘ even though 100 points of I.D was presented !!! Pure discrimination!!! Avoid this company!!!

Received an email this morning to inform me that all my personal details including name, address, email address, date of birth, credit card number and expiry date had been stolen via a cyber breach to their system in the USA. Why on earth are Australian customer personal details being stored in the US?

Left my brand new work jacket in a rental car. I rang and was given advice on how to have the jacket sent back. After sending an empty parcel with my return address my jacket arrived safely back to me. Thank you Avis for the time you took. Great service.

Very worst experience I ever had in my life.
The guys working at Avis Rockhampton he doesn’t have good quality costumers care he wasn’t speek politely.
He was like he is the one ever doing right this. He was treated me like I am a thief or cheater. He looks like Asian.

Staff is certainly un-trained and needs some manners on how to deal with customers who are used to good customer service

1. Charges: I was charged AUD $120 a day for Standard car
2. Car Condition: Car was 36000 KMs old and dirty from outside. I complained about it and no action was taken
3. Staff: We do what computer tells us to do. I don't understand the point of staff then? Although, their computer tells me different story!

Overall hated Avis Rockhampton Staff and Cars. I am not going to hire from them EVER again.
