Dylan @ Avis Coffs Harbour has the most amazing Customer Service. When no-one from Avis Customer service help line could assist with my booking, I rang the Coffs Harbour branch direct. Not only did Dylan organise for me to pick up the hire car after hours (20mins after closing) but he waited until the plane arrived to make sure the booking went smoothly and I got the car. He also fixed the issues no-one else wanted to help fix for returning the car to my local branch instead of Sydney Airport branch.
Dylan's professionalism and customer service went above and beyond. Never has a hire car staff member gone above and beyond the way he did. I really hope the owners of this branch know what an absolutely brilliant staff member they have in Dylan. He definitely deserves Employee of the year.
Thanks Dylan for making what was a very stressful trip to Coffs Harbour a lot less stressful! Will be using Avis for all my work trips to Coffs Harbour from now on.

Dylan, Dylan, Dylan is all I need to say but so you know I will explain,so that if you are fortunate enough to rent from Avis coffs harbour airport you know who to ask for.
I have never had such amazing customer service from a car hire place in my life.
Dylan helped my family and I out over the weekend of the state touch footy carnival in Coffs.
He not only had one of the few remaining vehicles available for hire over the very busy weekend when no other hire car service took the time or even made an effort to assist, but he also then assisted us in our need for a return vehicle to Brisbane after our own family car died at woolgoolga on our trip to Coffs for the tournament.
I cannot thank him as an individual enough for his kindness, professionalism and can do mentality with our need for service and help during what could have been a very stressful time otherwise.
I will not hesitate to use Avis Coffs harbour airport for any future car hire or even to pop in and say g'day as this wasn't just a service, it went beyond and felt more like an experience of giving by Dylan and for me personally and my family we are deeply grateful.

Excellent experience with Avis at Coffs Harbour. Maureen went above and beyond her duties to send back a pair of glasses that I had left in my rental car. I really appreciated her assistance with the matter.

Whatever you do, don't ever bother booking an Avis car at Coffs Harbour airport. Their desk is ALWAYS unattended, even when you have a confirmed booking. Three customers were left stranded with confirmed 8.00 am bookings today. Even staff from the other car rental desks (all of whom were actually there for their customers!) said that Avis customers regularly complain because the staff are never there. Choose one of the other companies who do have staff available but I will never use Avis again.

Graham and Tamara are always so welcoming and lovely. I fly in to Coffs Harbour every fortnight and they always remember everyone that I work with. Their service is phenomenal. If we forget our belongings in their car, they are so kind to keep it for us until the next time we return.

Shocking. Have a booking made months in advance, rang to confirm about booking because I have had no email confirmation. They confirm the booking over the phone and give me the confirmation number. I just rang to confirm pick up times (2 days prior to leaving) and they say the booking is now ‘declined’. No communication of this what so ever. Now I’m scrambling to find a car for the Easter long weekend and they just say ‘there’s nothing we can do’. No one at the call centre speaks clear English and every time I have rang they send me in circles.
