I recently hired a car for almost 3 weeks from this location and can most definitely recommend this location. Initially there was a problem with my last minute booking (due to a computer glitch), however Ashley called me and kindly rectified the problem within 5 minutes. I have used Avis the last few times I have needed a rental car. Each time the staff have exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!! Cars are always clean and pristine.

Love this center . Emmie is awesome. I got the car on the day when needed. It was through insurance. It was a hassle to get into avis but finally the insurance company agreed to the car which they would pay.

Other States and Territory are treated as one. I could use my NT license and they had the same policy driver license and credit card. I was booked for eurocars they asked for drivers license credit card and 3rd form of ID (which is bills) and if the address don't match the license or owe money to Bill car not issue .

So avis thanks for taking care of interstate and territorians.. clients. You guys made our life more easier and we could continue with the holiday.

The car MG is awesome small compact and friendly. Find a bit strange to use small car after the fortuner . This car have GPS and is awesome that it reads the phone google map on the screen.took a while to get the features of the car. Car will automatically Locke when it starts to drive

4th January. Ong the return car was so easy and the staff didn't got cranky at all. They did the cleaning of the car with no cost. Car given as nice condition with normal cleaning. Ibwas happy that for once I didn't had to pay $200plus for cleaning . Made my travel in this car easy.

2nd set of hire done for a week and see if we need. They helped me a lot and where they were able to use the budget direct discount offer. They made sure I got it and told me that your insurance company gives discount. Nice compact basic car. It is so basic that I couldn't find the gear change feature. Suzuki small compact and was surprised with the booth space. This car good for people for day to day travel but is too small with people like my body size. I am big around tummy and legs swollen up so not much gab. Did manage to fit in. Let u know the next car hire from avis next week. Thanks avis caroline for providing this service. I wish all your centers are like you guys. Prefer to drive extra miles to get the service offered. Great team .

Terrible customer service.

We rented a car and opted for all the extra insurances, including windscreen and tire protection. Unfortunately, the car we received had a flat tire, and the dashboard indicated that the service was long overdue. We replaced the spare tire and repaired the puncture ourselves, just in case we needed it later.

I requested a reimbursement since we paid for the extra tire insurance on January 6th, 2025, and made multiple visits to follow up. However, our request has been ignored.

Great place to hire. I always hire a 12 seater van from there, they always provide the best also have many options to choose from. Staff are an awesome crew, Ash is one of the staff members, great bloke, he's the man to see if you're looking to hire. I recommend Avis for everyone who look to hire vans, cars and trucks.
