The service was excellent, car was in a good condition and the process was straight forward. However, I am still waiting for my invoice and my deposit to be transferred back into my account. Otherwise very happy with this and would recommend.

Hi Ronald I think we should clear up a few things as your review is a little misleading. Firstly you rang and told us you had changed your mind and didn't need the truck after 5 hours. You neglected to mention that you had driven the truck into an awning and that the truck was brand new and you put a hole in the body. You also forgot to mention that we did inform you of the damage charges and that your suggestion to fill a hole in a brand new truck with silicon was not acceptable as it was the 150mmx150mm. The truck was repaired correctly (without silicon ) so as to supply a quality product to others.
