Had to walk out and go to Supercheap. Wanted a SUV cargo mat. Not enough staff to get quick directions. When I tried to ask someone, they were walking and said one minute but that took ages. I’ve been in customer service, you can always stop for 10 seconds and give directions. I even got a personal hand written letter of thanks from one customer.

A massive thank you to Kate and Lily at Autobarn Albion Park for helping my brother and I when we had overheating issues with our newly bought BMW! They stayed after store close to help us diagnose and address our overheating issues, helping make an informed purchase for the coolant our car needed. We had planned to drive to Canberra that night, and they both expressed their genuine concern about not getting stuck in between Albion and Canberra, there was a genuine care given that was truly appreciated.

We ended up making it to Canberra, then to Melbourne the next day, but without their initial help and support, it may have very well been a tow truck job, so thank you very much both of you!

I needed a battery for my car yesterday....the staff went far and beyond...to make sure I received the best price....as well as the correct battery needed for my car.....they could have just sold me any battery...but instead they went right out of their way to ensure the battery fitted and was correct 💯.... totally recommend...was great to get the old fashioned service that Australia has....

Autobarn have provided service over and above their obligation. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin in the workshop, who has spent several hours trying to fix something that was not actually Autobarn’s fault. I highly recommend Autobarn at Albion Park to everyone.
