I have completed and paid for my approved managers, and having issue linking my USI, after spending all day on the phone to a lady by the name of Sophie I get told that it isn’t there problem and won’t get done today as there is only one person looking after these issues, and apparently his too “busy” after becoming frustrated on the phone Sophie hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls after. Absolutely guttered as 250$ is a lot of money and I need my certificate to start my new job asap. I had no apologies from AHA and am extremely disappointed and can’t believe how rude Sophie was over the phone. avoid 100%
