What a setting! The approach to the property is just beautiful with its tree lined entrance, horses, goat and Alpacas in the paddocks. There was no one there to greet us on arrival but we didn't really know what time we were going to be there, so this was no big deal and when I called to say we had arrived I was advised keys were in the door. I loved the honesty factor, it was like stepping back in time, there is no way I would leave my keys in the door for someone here in the big smoke! It's a great cottage with lots of light and very spacious with all the amenities, large lounge, kitchen, table & chairs with nice big reverse aircon and of course a big TV. The bedroom was lovely with big white pillows and doona with a comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe space. The ensuite is a bathroom/laundry has a shower no bath but I’m not big on them, so it really didn’t matter. For that real country experience, when you get up in the morning go for a walk around the property where you have the curious Alpacas that come out of their pen where they are feeding to see who has approached and all the ducks, chickens and horses in the paddocks it is quite the country/farm feel and I would definitely go back again. Thank you for the experience!
