FIVE STARS all the way!!! I am the owner of Cooroy Country Wear and Jeanery, we attended our very first event this weekend as a vendor, words can not express
how this team of professionals run their events!
We have attended many events over the last 6 years and to date, have not experienced this level of professionalism, dedication and supreme customer service. You guys are amazing at what you do and we be attending again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, checking in on us and making sure we were happy, we are very grateful.

Never have I ever experience such poor behaviour from an adult man. For reference I am a 28 year old woman and was alone with this person to begin with. I was sworn at more then once, belittled and completely stared at - to the point I had to get my partner to come an meet me as I was made to feel that unsafe and uncomfortable. By the way this is a “security guard” of this company- someone that is meant to protect people and make them feel safe. If you care about your business and event- DO NOT use this company. Completely rude, unprofessional individuals.

I have always received exceptional service from Aus Events staff. Helpful, friendly, courteous. When on site at an event - they have everything running like a well oiled machine.

If you are a business, avoid them by any costs. Never prepay them too early. Their refund policy is - you lost 100% of first deposit and then 50% of any other payments after - no matter how early your prepayments are. They can create Dec 2023 invoices in July 2023 and save in system to trap your money

This was the worst example of unprofessional service I have ever seen. At the event, a person on the gate swore at me under her breath because I was struggling with purchasing tickets for the event. I had no idea that tickets were to be purchased beforehand. I didn’t see that on any advertising. I was spoken to in a condescending manner.
When I rang to file a complaint, the attitude only got worse. It was suggested that it wouldn’t have happened had I bought tickets prior to the event.
I have a disability and rarely venture out to any gathering, therefore I had no experience with online purchases at all. The female I spoke to when I made a complaint made it abundantly clear that the whole situation was my fault. It was not! She said to me ‘what do YOU want me to do about it then?’ Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour from both women. Birds of a feather flock together I guess!!!
