Excellent service!

There was a mismatch between actual inventory and the online sales database (i.e. the only copy of the book I ordered had been sold before I paid)

The office manager rapidly offered a refund, a store credit, or another book.

I took the other book (I'm collecting books by/about a specific author).

ACE is now my go-to for all things chess! (Sorry Jeff B...)

I am a parent volunteer. Bought chess sets for my son's school chess club and and for his after school chess club. In a few weeks some pieces broke. When I emailed Australian Chess Enterprises I was told they won't replace the broken pieces as it was broken on purpose. Rude, ridiculous, maybe even illegal.
