I recently went on a school tour to Central Australia (13 Year 10 girls and 3 teachers). It was fabulous! The guides were very impressive - professional, friendly, flexible. They related well with both students and teachers. We did several fabulous hikes and learnt a lot about Indigenous culture, geology and the landscape along the way. The food was excellent and plentiful, the campsites we stayed at were very well organised and comfortable and the vehicle we travelled in was perfectly suitable.
I would certainly recommend this company for a well organised and enjoyable experience!

Reliable, professional service. Have used Melbourne Bus Charters many times now for elite professional sporting clubs and they have never let me down. Staff and drivers are helpful, knowledgeable in their roles and provide an excellent experience for passengers. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service for our company Christmas event. After a mix up with booked days at 8am in the morning, getting our wires crossed somewhere along the line (no one's fault!), I barely had time to panic as they provided a bus within half an hour of realising the mistake and sent a group from Melbourne to the Yarra Valley for the day. They then called the winery and comped our wine tastings! All reports from the day was that they driver was also absolutely amazing, offering assistance with bags just generally providing a good experience for the guests. Will use again!

I did a 2 day 1 night tour of Great Ocean Road and Grampians, and it was awesome! I got to see all the points of interest along the way, and the Grampians was beautiful. The accommodation we stayed in (in the national park) was clean and comfortable, and our guide made us laugh the entire way! He even had ratings of all the public toilets so we knew which to use and which to avoid 😉 Highly recommend this company!!!

Rented a bus out for my friend's Hen do, and had such a good time in the Yarra Valley! Excellent guide - he had loads of recommendations and made sure we all had fun! I was really looked after and felt that the tour was great value for money. I had a few questions prior to travelling, and the office were super helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

Booked a private charter for our friends 30th and had the best experience! The whole booking process was straightforward and easy - and on the day the guide was funny and energetic. Felt flexible with times and how the group was feeling too. Would definitely go out with these guys on another tour 🙂
