+These gentlemen who works here are exceptionally amazing. The customer service was delivered at its finest where all my requirements are perfectly tailored. These folks also helped me with the form application, carefully checked all details while maintaining a fast pace. Super helpful.

+The location of the shop might not be perfect as it is on busy Port Road, hard to find a free parking and once you drive passed it, you may have to take a long way for U-turn. However, next to the shop, there is a 15 min and 30 mins free parking, (ticket must be displayed on your car to be parked).

+The store presentation could be less fancy compared to other Australia post office branch, but the availabilities of the items are still the same. This is actually a good way of sustainable work; the shop is trying to save energy thus saving the environment. In addition, the items are fairly priced, not too expensive.

+Good attitude and work ethics: I was impressed by a saying of the folk named Fat Ting at that shop: “We always want to help customer as much as possible, so we never say ‘NO’”. This is truly a good attitude at work.

Waste of time these monkeys how hard is it to leave a "we missed you for delivery" card!!!

Then they carry on and dont release the package without the tracking number even when you bring your ID.....

The man working here is so rude even i would say he is racist i went to this place before he was rude on that time as well and i assumed might be he is not in good mood today but again today he was the same with stinky attitude and rude behaviour. I would recommend not to go on this place. I would define the person he is with glasses so no one can misunderstood about the person. Feeling disappointed. I would request if there is any authority who can change this person please do it.

Pity I couldn't rate this place lower for the incredibly rude and antagonising customer service- with racial undertones- from the short man with glasses. He should really consider getting a new job if he doesn't like to work with people. Totally unacceptable.

Been a few times, usually good but today had some awful service. Was told to come back in 30min after receiving the “package is at LPO text”, after waiting for 30min and returning, was told to wait a further 30min to receive package that was in plain sight. Seriously, is it this difficult to scan the parcel right in front of you?

Come on guys, it wasn’t even very busy during the period. Just felt like they didn’t care about customers. Noticed them throwing packages around the floor/room to find other peoples, but mine was clearly ‘not there’

Woodville LPO and it's drivers do not ever attempt to actually deliver items. Every time I try to send items to customers around Woodville using Australia Post the customer is sent an SMS to collect the item with no attempt to deliver the items. This negates the purpose of post and results in us paying Australia Post for nothing. The customer may as well come to us and collect the items directly. Their entire business is to take items from me and deliver them to an address. They do not do this, they simply put them on a shelf, SMS the customer to collect it and pocket the money they where paid to deliver the item. When I call to complain, it is virtually impossible to speak with an agent. It took a full 10 minutes in their IVR pressing buttons and listening to how much I could go away and "do it online" just to start the on-hold wait. Naturally, their agents are all very busy and the hold will be very long, because they want your money but don't want to do anything for it

Worst post office ever. The people working here treat you like idiots. They refuse to search for parcels for you unless you bring in the slip. I can provide them with the name, address and the date it was delivered but even then they basically refuse to look. I told the man at the counter I had two parcels to collect but only had tracking information for one. He wouldn’t look for the other and told me the two slips I received must have been for the same item. They were not! Frustrating as hell.
