The guy who runs the shop is the rudest person I've ever met; not very understanding with people with disabilities. I tried to explain to him I have dyslexia, and he was still rude. They need to get new staff to run the PO box address. The anger upset me so much that he made me cry. Kathy

The Willunga Post Office has moved to Hill Street, between the Alma Hotel drive through and Moongarden Pizza. We hope this is a temporary move while the heritage listed post office in High Street is being renovated.

I'm so surprised by these reviews. I have only dealt with Sue at the post office, but she's always been incredibly helpful. In particular we had a complex passport application to process and she went miles above and beyond to help us. Everyone has their own experience, and ours has been A++.

The staff are incredibly rude especially the male that works there. I am local and refuse to pick up my packages from their services because of him. He is plain nasty. The way he spoke to my mum when she needed help was disgraceful. Made her feel stupid and she is the kindest women. I’ve had issues with him myself as well, EVERYTIME I go in. Would refuse to give me my package today because I didn’t have a slip even though I had an email that stated I could show that at the counter. Terrible service. I advise people to go to mclaren vale instead. Much friendlier and helpful staff.

The owner is without a doubt the rudest, meanest man to ever work in customer service. I HATED going in there to pick up my parcels, so I put in a request to have them sent to another post office. It’s further away for me to go but I just could not go in to Willunga post office anymore. Not only did he go off at me several times over nothing (once while holding my baby) but I witnessed him lose his mind at several other people over the years. He is a rude, grumpy old man that needs to retire. Literally if you don’t hand him your parcel slip & ID in the correct order or at the right time of day, then get ready for a temper tantrum.
I would give zero stars if I could.

Of all the places I’ve ever been in my life I reckon this is the most disgraceful service in the history of customer service. The owner has taken every single tip in good customer service history and decided it’s all false and that horrific customer service is better. Retire old chap and may god have mercy on your soul. Ta

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT go here the man that works here is extremely rude and has temper tantrums whenever something doesn’t go his way, I’ve been disrespected many times here and would honestly just recommend you go to a post office the next town over you would at least get treated with the basic level of respect.
