Guy got angry I had a parcel to collect, initially refused to give it to me for unknown reasons, made me wait for 10min before aggressively slamming it down on the table and telling me my parcels shouldn’t come here next time. I’m confused.

I honestly can't work out why this team is so slow. I do my best to redirect all mail to another PO. The line speed seems to take 30 mins longer than any other post office. Completely hopeless.

It seems to be the policy of this post office not to deliver parcels. Everyone I've spoken to gets slips in their letter box and has to go to the post office to collect them. This wouldn't be so bad if it was open late or on weekends, but it's only open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Welcome to the Faulty Towers Post Office, these guys are so geriatric or backward that they can not run any type of business! Its Christmas time and everyone is in attendance to collect their express posted articles - you stand in line for 40 minutes to be sent away because in the late afternoon they're too lazy to look for your items! This is despite having a collection card delivered to your address and advising to pick up after 2pm!
They hand write down the tracking numbers despite having scanners to save this type of delay. They appear not to have evolved with Australia Post.
It is also a family run business and the family like to have unprofessional verbal spats in front of their customers. Absolute disgrace.

I have started to question if this is a franchise or operated by Australia Post. I honestly have never seen something so poorly run compared to any other post office. Agree with the other review, get your parcels delivered using parcel collect to another post office. Is there no uniform required? I wouldn't mind how they dressed if they were efficient.

I can’t not start to explain how hopeless this place is. They NEVER open on time, even tho all the staff are within the shop. The line can have 15 people most days.
They have several staff and only one person is serving.

Not to mention how rude they are. Absolutely zero respect for anyone else. You would think with all the reviews some type of management would step in…
