I had a very disappointing experience when communicating with the staff. Despite my genuine concern about not receiving the invoice for the PO Box, the guy was laughing at me. It made the situation even more uncomfortable and unacceptable.

If I could give no star i would. I think this place should be put out of business and have to soon face court time. It seems like my situation has not been first. The parcel was delivered and picked up by another random that had a different name to mine with no verification whatsoever. Useless staff, lost my parcel and took no responsibility. Just remember the amount of money that you have costed your customers since the day you open up, you will have to pay back with court time and many times more than that.

The last review is right, very rude and unhelpful staff. The ladies that work here do not give a damn about your problems (even though in my case it was an Auspost problem). They actually referred me to a private courier. The business I dealt with is now speaking to the Auspost Area Manager to solve this nightmare I have. (It's a really simple problem, but it is Auspost who makes it hard, and what's worse is they don't help and give bad advice.
