The old guy that works there is just simply rude.
Went to process my passport application.
He didn't want to accept my passport photos which were taken at another post office. He kept saying he takes better photos. I refused and during the whole process he kept trying to find something wrong with my photos so he could make extra money from me. Passport was processed successfully, but the experience with this guy was disgusting.
One post office to stay clear of if you do not want to he harassed.

Has got to be the worst post office in Sydney if not Australia. Absolutely no customer service. They see every customer as an inconvenience... I wish my parcels weren't dropped off here.
Here's a tip for everyone - Go to Stocklands post office. At least here you get treated like a human being and not a parasite.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Australia Post branch. One particular staff member consistently has a poor attitude and treats customers disrespectfully. It’s disappointing to see this kind of service repeatedly. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service.

I was picking up a package, got an email saying it was ready for pick up.
Worker rudely said we didn't get any drop offs without even checking.
They had the package, only after he snatched my licence off me to check details.
He also asked multiple times what the package was, why do I need to disclose my packages?
He had the package in his hand and asked what it was.
All of this right next to the owner of the post office who wouldn't care less.

super rude worker!! absolutely disgusted by the old mans behaviour yelling and telling me to shut up and to get out of the store for talking to my mother when my siblings were getting their photos taken!!!! saying if we werent going to stop talking he will not provide us with the photos super super disrespectful. i cannot believe how rudely my family and i were treated, he has no manners, screaming at a bunch of young girls in front of the whole store is atrocious!!!!!!! i was going to say worst post office but i think its just the man thats the problem!! disgusting.

Very helpful. The gentleman behind the counter is always ready to help. Has a great sense of humor, and I am happy every time. All post office services are available here. I needed passport photos, it was really busy, and he asked me to take a seat, when the que had settled he got me my photos, and also helped us lodge our documents.

Terrible service. Threw my license at me. Couldn’t find my parcel even though it was right in-front of him. When I asked for the manager he called me a liar and was so rude. Worst PO ever. Better take your business somewhere else. Never been treated like this at a PO before.

Rude customer service. Old man is rude, but not as bad as the boot leg vin diesel, trash service, trash manners, trash in general. Peasant was chucking envelope at the counter with his third world arrogant attitude. Not sure how they are still in business.
