I always get the grumpiest man every time I visit. It’s unfortunate because I have to go quite often. I am avoiding going as much as possible due to his attitude. Never smiles. Always curt and rude. Seems to hate helping people. The chemist staff (in the same building) on the other hand- friendly, warm and helpful. A joy to deal with.

Got served on the phone with the most grumpiest and rudest man that kept on giving me bad attitudes and sighing as if he does not like his job. Couldn’t find my package on multiple occasions and I believe that person should not be working as they don’t know good customer service.

Went into this post office to pay a bill, and I was served by a person called Hung. He is an amazing person, polite, very good attitude, and has excellent customer service.

The man who is serving is always rude and on multiple occasions has not been able to find my parcels when they have been out the back. Always takes so long to serve customers!!!

Not happy.
My partner received a parcel collection slip to pick up after 11am. We got there at 4:45 that afternoon.
The lady could not locate it out the back . I was waiting in the car so did not know this was occurring, she told my partner she would have to call the driver and let him know tomorrow.
When my partner told me this I thought this was completely unacceptable.
She told my partner she would be there until 6 so we went back in. The lady who was there I then realised was completely clueless had no clue what e was doing. She was smiling about the situation when she could see we were not impressed, they had lost a package that was not cheap.
When I said to her 'we received the email sayi ng its been dropped off waiting collection at this post office, does this not mean he has scanned it and dropped it off '
She then further told me how she didn't do her job correctly... her response was ' the way it works is the man scans in a bunch say 20 at a time then I am meant to count them but today I just didn't I usually do then continues to laugh about it.' So you're telling me you didn't do your job, and lost a package now laughing about it?
When I asked her to call the driver now as it's serious she said the number didn't work she already tried. So blaintently lied to us as you could tell by the way she spoke to us she was just an air head.
The thing that infuriated me most other then all of what's already occurred was when I said to the lady , well my partner barely makes it here and has left work early today to make it, so can I pick it up for him as were both here and you can see he has approved it but she said no not possible. So explain to me why I was not allowed with his permission to pick it up when you can write on the back of a post slip who's allowed to pick it up on your behalf?
I truly believe this post office has stolen my package as all the evidence suggests that it has been left there, this lady was just filling in apparently, which makes my concerns worse as I'm not sure she even works for a post office, she seems like she could be from the chemist right in the same little complex there. If I don't receive this package today or hear from my partner that it's been found as soon as the shop opens I will be taking this to the acc or higher the way we were treated was a joke as if this is some big laughing matter. Its something we have paid for and need and to be treated like a school kid that just a lost a pencil that can be replaced is ridiculous.

The lady on counter is way too much rude!!!!! When i asked her 2nd time about the price she replied in rude way and said to me that I already told u the price . I asked her to be calm while doing customer service job. She even didn’t apologise for her rude behaviour towards me.
Can’t even think to go there again

Very kind on the phone, rang to check on a missed urgent parcel, lady was thoughtful enough to take my number and would call when driver had dropped off in store. Thank you : )
