Extremely disappointed with the passport service at this post office. The staff (Indian lady with nose pin and heavy makeup and her manager wearing white shirt ) were unhelpful and spoke in a very inappropriate and condescending tone. I came in with genuine questions, but was met with impatience and attitude. It felt like I was being rushed out rather than assisted. For something as important as a passport, you expect professionalism and courtesy—not rudeness. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I was there for about half an hour. The staff was really nice to everyone. They are doing their job efficiently and collaboratively. We have to keep in mind that the Australia is highly ethically diverse country. Even though the words have definitions, the meaning may defer based on the way how it is being used in different cultures and the tone. Because of that some might think they are treated differently.

Don’t bother going here past 4:30pm, they are meant to close at 5pm but they close their doors early and look at you in the face when you’re knocking at the door asking them why they are closed 30 mins early.
Holding your parcels hostage.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Absolutely the worst auspost, Auspost you need to check your staff cause they are rude and not following the hours of the shop.

Once again Australia Post delivers the worst possible service. Let's buy their execs another Cartier. Went in to pick up, they said it was in a box outside. The staff aren't allowed to open any box even though it's next to their shop. I called the number on the box and they couldn't help either, call back in 3 days. Ridiculous!

One aussie woman was very terribly rude, and intentionally troublemaker. If there is any feedback mechanism, I want to provide that to her supervisor. I would rate very lowest because of that person. This type of customer facing roles, the employee should be calm and respectful towards customer.

I recently moved to Schofields and this is the closest Au post for my parcels to be collected. I went here for my parcel and photos taken for my Australian citizenship. The lady (one with heavy makeup, jewellery and no name tag) who took the photos of me and my husband was very rude. Not only that when she sent the digital photos to my email I didn’t even received it only my husband photo was in the Email. I went back and told the same staff that I didn’t receive my photo there is only one which I paid 43$. Then she impolitely replied that it will take time and I will receive it. It’s already day 3 and I haven’t received the photos. It’s understandable that staff are busy but some of the staff really need to learn how they should treat their customers. It’s very disappointing.

One of the worst encounters of auspost customer service. Rude and not willing to assist. Either this lady is dumb or just plain lazy. Hope this Auspost gets revamped and hire new staff to replace this useless customer service staff.

Indian lady no name tag, too much make up! Went missing around 11.30am when I returned with my daughter. Please improve your customer service and treat everyone with fairness and respect. It was disheartening to see my 18-year-old daughter being dismissed after she provided a clear explanation for her passport application, only for you to reject it and rally others to agree with you. It shouldn't have taken me, as her parent, coming in to repeat her words for the application to finally move forward. If I had the chance to speak directly to you about this, I would have expressed my frustrations in person. Australia Post you need to review your staff performance may need to get rid of the ones who don't know the meaning of service and respect.
