Why not take to local post office. I don't drive, this place has no public transport. The delivery person totally made a mistake and I get punished for it. Unacceptable service. Australia post has really gone down the gutter. Shame these CEOs get paid a lot of money to make a mess.

Terrible!!!!! waiting all day for a parcel to be delivered and watching the process on my tracking app. Postie didn't deliver it and lied about attempted delivery. He didn't even leave a card in my letterbox. Apparently they don't have to get off their bike to delivery a parcel so why on earth was he given it to deliver, as a home letter box does not and will not fit a parcel/box such a lazy service, he has done this before where he fills out the card when dropping off parcels to the post office then puts the card in your letterbox the next day. This is disgraceful the price we pay now for Australia post we deserve better.

Closed at 2pm and cannot collect until following week. Very inconvenient for 7-4pm workers! Urgent item required as sent via express post, 2 attempted deliveries so far so will have to wait another 3 days to collect item.

Leave the parcel at a post office that is open until 5pm please! (Port Adelaide office isn’t even my local P.O.)

They actually have the worst service imaginable I cannot believe the way I was treated in there.
Upon delivering an item she downright embarrassed me and held it up to the rest of the line behind me which would have easily been 7+ people. When complaining to HQ, like usual, they did nothing about it. When messaging their Facebook page they were completely outraged with the story and are now looking into why no action was taken for the way she treated me.
Never allowing her to serve me again.

Paid extra for express post - parcel taken to Port Adelaide DC instead of my local post office. This delivery centre closes at 2 in the afternoon instead of normal business hours, so it was already closed when I arrived at 2:30 to collect, had to wait until following day to collect my urgent parcel. Pointless

If you’re sent here to pick up a package lord help you. Bad service, opening hours that are a pain, and your package is probably not even here.

Literally impossible for me to pick up a parcel, Now a 14 to kid has to wait a few more weeks for his parcel that he saved up for months to buy because i cant collect it doe to the Ridiculous Opening times
