I have been going to the Oberon Post Office for over 35 years now and just had the worst experience ever My partner went in to pick up a parcel for me and the blonde lady there gave him the wrong parcel. When i rang to inform them I got abused because we live out of town and couldn't return the wrong parcel today. She was very very rude and after blaming me for the mix-up she yelled at me (as if it was my mistake) and hung up on me. I have never been spoken to like that by anybody.

Overly rude staff. Never even attempt to make deliveries, let alone open the stupidly heavy door for you when you have to collect parcels they couldn’t be bothered to deliver.

Very disappointed with operator and staff. Parcel cards at rural locations are placed in mail box up to a week after being notified of parcel by auspost app. When speaking to internal staff about situation met with rudeness and abruptness. Not good enough for a small country community.
