Always have parcels supposedly attempted to deliver to my address but end up here. I have security cameras and am home on these days in question and know for a fact they weren’t attempted to be delivered. Lazy delivery people. Defeats the whole purpose of me shopping online, as getting to the post office is difficult for me at the moment. So I now have to figure out a way there and then wait in line for half an hour. May as well have just bought the item in store. Fine if delivery was attempted, but it wasn’t. And regardless, I have selected the option to have items left in a safe place. At least again the next day to deliver. No excuse.

Driver didn’t leave my parcel even though someone was home. Attempted to pick up parcel at Morang South LPO, staff unwilling and to accept a photo of passport even though this has not been an issue in the past. Staff were impolite and caused a scene. The store is dirty and unorganised

The female staff wasn't accommodating or make an effort to assist my crying toddler passport photo on an adult stool. She fake smile and seemed annoyed. Steer away thanks.

The delivery driver brought my parcel on Wednesday, but since no one was home, they returned it without leaving a notice in the mailbox to inform me. As a result, I had no idea and couldn’t go to the post office for pickup. I had to wait the entire weekend and could only visit their office on Monday morning. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Forgett calling them!!! They don't pick up even if you call ed 20x just end up saying you can't leave a message as the voice mail inbox is full🤦😮‍💨

I have never seen such a queue at a bloody post office before....there is a post office that is closer and faster to my home yet they always bring it here. Useless.

Missing parcel over a month. Item shipped from overseas says it has been delivered. I was home that day. No deliveries were ever made. I tried ringing the post office directly, no one picks up the phone. I waited a week incase there would be a “sorry I missed you or attempted delivery” card by a subcontractor. I even went to the post office myself early Saturday morning (everyone else must have had the same idea because the line wait was over 20 minutes)
I was served by a young man who looked up my address, he could see something on its way but could not tell me more. I left unfulfilled. I submitted a missing parcel after another week of waiting to auspost. They’re telling me that the tracking is wrong. I contacted the seller and they confirm the tracking is correct and the parcel has been delivered.

Australia post refuse to leave parcels at my house, it's always the same delivery rep, and you don't have enough staff here - have to line up for 30 minutes to pick up a parcel.

If you cared you'd let us rate and add notes for deliveries so you can performance manage the delivery people, instead I waste my time in your post office every week

Even though I might starve while waiting in line I refuse to buy your trash and support your business until you sort out your delivery arm.
