The skinny old lady behind the counter is waay past her used-by date.
She should retire and leave customer service to someone else.
"She is only human" is an appalling defence of the delivery driver's constant ignoring customers' instructions that the package must be delivered to the door, instead of always not bothering with a 10-meter walk to the door and instead leaving a card for the item to be picked up at some post office.
The old lady defending this behaviour is perhaps indicative of Aus Post's attitude towards customers.

I went to Australia Post in Lorn to have my baby’s photo taken. Staff were friendly and had photos taken so easily. I went to Lorn post office after I read reviews in google.
