Very dated habits of staff. An Indian lady who has been working there for 25 years doing passport applications did my passport photos and application.

When I went to get my passport photos done, she didn't tell me when she was taking the photo. Then she didn't let me look at the photo to check for more than a quick few seconds before turning the screen over and said it was processed and when I said if I can take a better look at it to make sure it was ok, she said no because she had processed it and because she has been taking passport photos for 25 years, she knows what is best.

Then when I asked what address the passport is being sent to to confirm, she said she can't see if but it's based on what was in my application. She then thought about it and asked me what my address was and after I said it she said "yeh it will be sent there"... There was literally no point in asking as she couldn't see it in the system, couldn't confirm it with anything, and didn't write anything down. I was just saying personal information into the air.

Conveniently located within the mall, this post office offers efficient service and friendly staff. I appreciate the shorter wait times compared to other locations. The staff here are always helpful and go the extra mile to assist with any inquiries or postal needs. The location within the mall makes it easy to run errands and get mailing tasks done all in one trip. Overall, a reliable and convenient option for postal services.

i waited nearly 10 mins to the register because the line was so long and when i got to it i need a label to write the address on to return. an lady wears her hair up with a pink claw sent me off to the desk next to the door to write the label despite there are pens at the register. i had to line up again (the second time!!) for 5 mins to send off a parcel.
the one star is for that staff not the shop in general.

This post office is located in a huge shopping centre. The staff that work there are all so friendly and happy to help with anything. The shop is small though, so the line can get long BUT the staff do try to serve people as quick as possible whilst still being friendly. Shoutout to Momtaz, she is great!!

Every time you need to spend at least 30 minutes picking up a single parcel that was marked as “attempted delivery” but was never actually delivered—despite you waiting at home all day—that’s why people end up coming to the post office to get it. But with only two or three staff members actually working, and at an extremely slow pace, I wish I could work like them.

The staff are usually friendly and helpful, but the queues are ALWAYS long. They process too many passport photos here. It's quite annoying when you are just trying to pick up a parcel. I try to use the parcel lockers down the road, but parcel lockers don't give much time to pick up the parcel (only 48 hrs).

This is only relevant to one lady and not the rest as some of them seem genuinely nice. The lady i spoke to was rude, lazy and did not listen to me. Was raising her voice and telling me something that i then proved her wrong and she later agreed however it was too late as she had crossed all over my document meaning i was unable to submit it on the day. I know customer service is hard sometimes, but im a genuinely nice person and i was attempting to talk her down as a customer so she would stop raising her voice at me.

It’s very convenient to have a post office in a shopping centre. The store is clean.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this store. The staff lacked enthusiasm and showed little interest in helping customers.
Despite having a business account that provides discounts at other branches, the customer service here was unwilling to spend even a moment checking the details. If it’s not absolutely necessary, I wouldn’t step foot in this store again.
