Sorry pressed the wrong button. I paid $40 for John y his wife to hold my mail while I was away. Rang thi I ask I could now pick up my mail was told nothing there The wife was adamant nothing there 2 weeks later mye dear Mary turns up with 6 items of mail and now that I m late on a payment I now have to cough up$120 Rang the Old Losers only to be told it was not there problem. They are USELESS Hope they close and give some young couple a go They are both useless and very rude. I mean every word

Judging by the other reviews here, it looks like I’m not the only one who had an awful experience being served by John.
Disgraceful customer service, John was extremely rude and argumentative when I came in asking for a very reasonable request.
I will not be coming back to this post office and recommend going to Bateau Bay post office which is a 5 minute drive away we’re you will be treated with respect, also with staff who are happy to support you.

Moved in yesterday, not even unpacked. New to area. Went to post office because it was on the way to get food, with no real expectation that they would have the obscure thing we needed…. They somehow found one of the thing!!!
It was a minor miracle.
I am now in love with the post office@ long jetty.
I plan to be better at sending things on time, now, I liked the post office so much .

Never had a problem , always happy
The old bloke is always happy to help me out , even offer to re-tape lose , free bubble wrap , free newspaper to better fill the box .

quite often his find a better way / cheaper way to post my item
( offen mention it cheaper to post it this way or another way )

When paying bills he take his time , doesn't rush you when you have multiple bill you need to pay.
Im always happy to go there .

There must be something very wrong here when Beard And Glasses can talk to you with an attitude and make you feel bad over next to nothing.
There are plenty of post offices in the surrounding suburbs with staff that don’t talk to you like you’re a nuisance.

Extremely rude. I have dealt with this guy only twice, and he is so disgustingly rude towards me. He SHOULD NOT be doing a customer service role with this attitude towards customers. They don't even answer their stupid phone! I will be taking my business elsewhere thankyou.
