The old guy with the grey hair either needs an attitude adjustment or to retire. I go in needing to return a package and show him the QR code that needs scanning. After it not working a few times he checks if its actually for Australia post. Valid question. I confirm it is and show him the email again. He then starts accusing me of bringing him a fake code and getting incredibly frustrated towards me. Finally the code works and he tells me the system has been broken all day as if it was my fault. Buddy i just brought you a code to scan im not out here trying to sabotage you. This just makes me wish Auspost would finally disolve and the trainwreck it is be shutdown even more

I had a bad experience that made me go back there for something that wasn’t my mistake. Very frustrating as I had to take tine off from work to do something it wasn’t my fault.

Excellent and friendly staff who always go out of their way to help with thousands of successful and timely deliveries and the many other varied transactions. But through no fault of theirs, and like other hard working Australia Post employees, they are at the mercy of the Australia Post/StarTrack software and delivery systems, as well as the sudden increase in business due to Christmas. Because they are at the "pointy end" of customer service they then cop unfair criticism for things they have absolutely no control over. Imagine yourself in this situation and how you would feel at the end of each week! When things go right, as they do the vast majority of times, well that’s expected, but when things occasionally do go wrong, then they bear the brunt of the criticism.

I would prefer to come here to the Kotara Home Co Post office Shop or even Charlestown over going to New Lambton any day of the week,
The lady was friendly and helpful and polite she got our parcel 📦 fixed up and sent off back to the company who sent the wrong product yes it was a bit expensive for the parcel itself but at least I know it only took overnight to go back to North Ryde in Sydney rather then the 1 week 4 days it took to come to me in the first place 🤦🏻‍♀️ ,
I also posted some Christmas cards off as well I was surprised to find out last night that one of my friends has already gotten hers on Friday afternoon down in Westmead,
The lady even kindly checked on our consseion stamp books and we can come back get them this week as they was already to go ,
Thank you again and I will recommend this shop to customers.

Finally an Australia Post store that's easy to get to, has plenty of parking and I don't have to double park! Gets 5 stars just for that! Plus I've always found the staff working here to be extremely helpful with all my postage enquiries including suggesting cheaper options.

The lady staff was rude, and not helpful. I had my 22kg package to be sent. So, before i went in there, i called the customer service and clarified if i can use the bunnings bag of 105 lr volume, they said yes and after getting a clear idea i went in where i didn't get any help for lifting up my 22kg bag on the weighing scale. As soon as she weighed my bag, she started telling me the bag must have some paper wrapping inorder to stick the label. I told her i spoke to a customer service agent on call before coming and they said it is fine to get the bunnings bag. But this lady started telling me, they say that because they don't work here. But don't they work for the same company? So guys, this is the service how we get after trusting them.So, i asked if i have to pay for it. She said no that should be done by you. I asked what do you want me to do. She tried sticking a glue kind paper so that the label with adresses can be stuck. But she kept telling me the same. I asked if there is anyone else who can help, she was quite reluctant. And after filling up the address and everything on the label, i went to handover and the gent staff tookover my service who was quite helpful and after asking about wrapping up with paper which the lady was saying, he said don't worry it's my problem ill take care of it. I was relieved after then. Not all the staff are same. Those who are not, they need to be trained of good customer service. After all a good customer service is all to trust.

The old lady that said her name is Karen also needs an attitude adjustment or to retire. What an absolutely disgusting manner she believes she can treat others. Wake up to yourself lady!!
