Pretty bad staff. Went there to give an application, turns out I made a mistake and the two female staff members told me about the mistake and told me I need my birth certificate and other forms of ID to correct it. Went home, returned with the proper stuff then one of those female staff tell me I need to redo the application because of the error. They wasted my time and should’ve told me the first time that I needed to redo the application, rather than ask for something useless - my birth certificate. The female staff member could not even acknowledge her mistake and/or apologise.

Friendly, helpful and generally quick service.

The woman who runs the place is a consummate professional, she's fast and knowledgable about all the AusPost facilities. She's also a lovely lady and friendly.

The outlet is smaller, so don't expect all the different post packs out on display, but if you can't find something just ask, it's probably behind the counter.

Due to the smaller store size and they now also carry all the undelivered parcels for the Karabar area you can expect it to be a little disorganised. That said they've always found my parcels quickly.

Great place, friendly and fast service. Keep up the great work guys.

Great service - the staff are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Highly recommend. Special note to Vicki Worthington who left a review here, making comment about the 'lady with the handkerchief on her head' - shame on you for being an intolerant moron. I sure hope you are not rearing kids.

The best post office I've experienced in Australia always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Usually auspost as a company do not but this post office francisee is excellent !

The lady with handkerchief on the head was very rude. She is lucky that the guy was good enough to compensate her attitude. She should not be working there. If she own the place, i recommend not to go there.
