My experience compared to the other reviews was completely different! I was sending off an eBay order and the lady behind the counter took her time to assist me with picking the right box size. They even gave me little airbags from the back of the shop so my item stays in place during shipping. She helped me seal the box securely with tape as well. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Would come back here, especially with the convenient late during hours.

I called this branch to ask a question in regards to a delivery being delayed, it was clear that the person who answered the phone that English was not his first language and communication was difficult for what I assumed was a simple question then to add insult to injury he just hung up the phone halfway through while I was asking another question, I'm no expert but this person shouldn't be answering incoming calls which could further frustrate any already frustrated customers who are calling for information then just being just hung up on. Please concider this as a Zero star post.

This is not a post-operated store. The employees lack training and the boss asks you to move the package to a designated location. But this is not the point. The point is that the attitude is very bad and full of discrimination. I don’t understand how awesome the Vietnamese are?

Family run business and they are so friendly. They don’t have all the facilities ie processing passport applications and photos. But they are great for sending and picking up parcels late as they are a mixed business allowing them to trade late for Australia post. Great store in the area

The older guy who works here, Mr Personality and Customer Service superstar of the year. I received a more polite customer service experience from the rain sodden park bench out front of the store. He couldn't be more abrupt and rude if he tried! If you don't need post office supplies after hours I'd suggest you keep driving...

The worse post office I have ever seen. Lack of respect to customers, yelling and neglect. Very unprofessional postal service. The lady even yelled at me by saying they can refused to serve me after 7pm, terrible customer service. Well, why you open till 8pm on weekdays if you don’t want to serve your customer?Wasted so much time there and didn’t get anything done. Worse experience ever! I had enough of her attitude and decided to cancel the post. She refused to cancel it and then saying she can’t cancel it without telling me any reason. Horrible!

Been there a couple times for post, they are one of few places in east suburbs available for after hours post service. The shop owner is very helpful and the process is smooth. They totally deserve a full star rating.
