The staff's behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Such a contrast between the old and new owners. The old ones knew their stuff, were very friendly and delivered great service. The new owners are completely incompetent (I have had one parcel returned twice due to their mistakes and have been there four times to sort it out!), are are making up things to excuse themselves and are rude. I have given up and won’t go there anymore.

They took passport photos which were rejected by the office. It costs me time, money and unnecessary hassle. They are unprofessional.

Talk about a useless service provider. Called to confirm if they have my parcel and was told to check online or call the AusPost.
Lazy owners who cant do a simple address check.
