Popped into the local shop to sort out a parcel, expecting the usual song-and-dance - then there was Jim. Didn't bring me a Bunnings sausage, but crikey, the bloke made the whole deal smoother than a flat white on a Sunday morning.

No dramas, no head scratching - just bang-on helpful service. It felt less like I was posting a parcel and more like catching up with a mate who happens to know what to do with an Australia Post terminal.
