Charged me $11.99 for postage for a single dvd in an Australia Post small padded mailer while thickness was well under 20mm and clearly went without problems through the sample mail slot. This should have been charged as a large letter. No communication, no advice, just charged me $11.99 as a parcel and didn’t want any discussion about it.

I had a parcel delivered to the nearby locker but the received an email, txt, and app notification saying it was moved to the post office. The girl in the store said it wasnt in store. Code didnt work on the locker, app didnt provide an unlock option as it said the parcel was in the store. Filed an unanswered support ticket and had to wait for the lockers time to expire for it to be moved to the store so i could collect it. Utterly stupid

They left a letter and sms to go pick up a parcel, went in and not there and told to come back later that day which was still not there at the end of the day and told to come back the next week.. don’t tell people to come in if the parcel isn’t arrived yet

This post office is very compact. I've never had to wait very long & the staff are quite friendly & helpful. Good location too on the main road in Sebastopol & close to other shops.

Useless, arrogant, and downright rude. Learn what running an Oz post outlet actual entails. And maybe, just maybe LISTEN to the customers!!!!!

Disappointed.. during lockdown when you're ordering online, the delivery of items to your home is a joke..
I have received notice of delivery..waiting at home..
Then get a message that my delivery was unsuccessful and ready for pick up ..
This has happened multiple times now..
As a cancer patient I'm discussed with the lack of service provided by the public postal service .
Also the information is to pick up from a closed Post Office in Sebastopol.. actually it's in Delecombe 5km away.

I've been to this post office frequently since about this time last year, and have usually found the service efficient & friendly. Bonza location of post office- on a main road near a Coles supermarket & take-away amongst several other shops.
