I've had nothing but great experiences at this post office. It's smaller and quieter than the nearby post office at Big Bear, which is fantastic because the staff are always so hands-on and happy to help.

I recently went in to submit a visa application, and they were amazing - helping me with my photo and making sure everything was sorted. It was really nice to receive that hands-on help without having to worry about holding up a queue.

My only wish was that it was open on weekends, but otherwise I really like it.

Bloody appalling customer service.

I came in with a brace on my arm because I dislocated my shoulder the day before. The young man operating the counter was rude and literally grabbed my phone from me to see the parcel nunber displayed on my Austpost App. Then bluntly asked for ID which I then said was on my phone (which he took without asking) He went to the back scanned my items and dropped them on the counter pushing them towards me to shove me out. Now I'm one armed, and he expected me to put it all in my bag myself. A little help would have been nice. I asked if he wouldn't mind if I just took the contents out and left the boxes. He hesitated and then said, " I guess."
He handed me a pair of scissors like I could open these boxes easily. I needed to stab the box at the top where the divide was and then press the box against me for leverage to cut the tape. He looked shocked like I was the crazy one. While he's standing there with no other customers watching me struggle. I asked if he could help, and he did begrudgingly. I said thank you, and his response was "mhmmm."

Then, he left me to load the bag while he walked away.

I didn't purposely send my parcels here for help in unpacking them. I sent them there
before i got injured. This office happens to be the closest post office to my place.

I told him he was rude and he didn't seem to care in the slightest.

Get some manners! you're in customer service.

OMG I’m so upset having just visited this post office, it really shook me up with the aggression displayed by the male owner. And with the amount of negative reviews already made, I can see I am not alone in having an upsetting experience.

I went to buy a stamp for an Easter Card I had bought elsewhere which was already in the envelope sealed with the address on it and in the paper bag from when I bought it. While I was waiting in the queue, maybe 2 mins max I looked at some birthday cards and while doing so, the assistant said something to the owner and accused me of stealing a card in front of the other customers. When I said I was very upset by the accusations and nearly in tears and I had just come into buy stamps, the owner raised his voice, got aggressive and blamed me for getting upset. If I didn’t need that stamp to send my Easter Card to my mum, I would have walked out there and then. There are 2 signs on the counter that mention about not being abusive to staff, what about the other way around to customers! I am shaken by the experience and will definitely not return to that shop again.

The worst Australia Post office I have ever experienced! The couple who run the business are extremely rude and unprofessional. It took us almost an hour to just get a visa photo done without knowing if it meets the criteria. I would give minus 5 starts if it is possible.

This place is absolutely awful. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO NEUTRAL BAY PO INSTEAD. No discretion, staff loudly announced the amount I was depositing multiple times as if to make it known to everyone. Staff then argued with me around me being able to deposit cash (had confirmed with Aus post prior that this place does allow cash deposits). Very very tactless and rude. Genuinely not sure how a place with this many awful reviews is still in business but let’s just say they don’t deserve yours.

being the only post office in Mosman & Cremorne they should be open on Saturdays or install Post boxes to collect your parcel.
