Long term staff look at the parcel delivery card as if it’s the first time they have seen one. Then it’s a hassle coupled with a burden it seems. No sense of urgency and work at one, agonisingly slow, gear.

We dropped a letter with a return label on it at Clovelly Post office and the lady at the counter accepted the letter and put It aside. We ask if she need to scan it and she says don't need to.
It been more than 3 weeks now We went back to investigate cause the receiver didn't receive our return. My Husband ask about the letter we sent. She said she don't know. And she can't find it in the system or at the post office. just ask us contact AusPost.
WE FEEL VERY FRUSTRATED WITH HER ACTION AND SHE IS VERY RUDE TO MY HUSBAND. This is not the first time we encounter with her and her attitude are always make you feel unwelcome, careless, rude and she doesn't want to be there to work.

The day my husband drop the items to the post shop he described they about to close and she just put that letter aside and not scan it into the compute. I think that's why its missing cause her careless action for the job.

It can be a long queue, but the ladies are very helpful and they are doing the best to serve customers. I have gave them a five star.

Poor service every time. Asked to print an A4 piece of paper to put into a return package and they wouldn’t. I explained I don’t own a printer but they refused despite there being a printer right there on the counter. This small gesture would go a long way in showing good customer care. Not the first time I’ve had poor service from here.

They overcharge most times and don’t know how to correctly charge for the parcel boxes, especially if you pre-buy the boxes for a business account. When I bring up the correct price which other post offices have charged in the past, they are unfriendly, unhelpful to find a solution, and or charge the right price for the box. Will not be coming back to this post office. Happens most times!!!

the only reason this P.O. gets one star, is that you can't give zero.
ZERO STARS.
slow service.
rude service.
sitting out the back eating when there are people lined up out the doors. (not at a lunch hour either.)
even when they are not sitting down on the job, and both unhelpful and rude staff are working, the line still backs up out the door and down the street.
not fit to own or operate the business.
filthy place with years of dust over everything.
any posted positive reviews would have to be fake reviews.
Bad in every way possible. Auspost needs to resume the outlet and get staff who give a damn to run it.

Cute little Post Office, the two ladies that run it do an incredible job dealing with a lot of people. Sometimes the queues can be long, just have to pick the time when you go. I got a new passport through them and the whole process was seamless, they were able to take my passport photo, and the passport arrived well ahead of schedule, at a time when the government Passport process was reportedly in a total mess with long delays
