Needed to send documents overseas. Filled in details on thr parcel, but was directed to the online form on the Australian Post website to upload the parcel information- which when completed decided to fail, wipe all the information in the customs declaration form, and then note the forms were unavailable 🤬 Thankfully the staff were lovely and patiently typed in the specific delivery address to allow the parcel to be sent on its way. 👏👌
Australia Post - please update your website user interface so we don't all waste our time in online forms that then reject after 15 minutes of typing!

Lost my medication, called to ask on status and man on other end of phone did not want to look for my tracking number. He kept telling me my package was not sent to Braddon, even though I directed it there and the Auspost App said in Braddon. Asked to speak with someone else/the supervisor and was informed he couldn’t see anyone.

Still don’t have my medication or any idea where it is

The worst post office in Canberra. Rude and unhelpful. I dread getting a parcel dropped of here as opposed to the city GPO.

Very bad service. I was treated really bad. They could not find my parcel because they were not looking for it. They attended to everyone except me. They made me stand there for 30 minutes without saying anything.

I had a frustrating experience at this post office. As a first-time shipper, I wasn’t told the tracking number was on the receipt. When I asked about it later, the staff didn’t apologize or address my concerns with any urgency. The lack of helpfulness and communication was disappointing.

Completely disorganised resulting in a huge line. Multiple customers waiting ages for parcels that had arrived but which the staff could not find. And they'd run out of the basic kind of stamps for posting letters after all that so my only option would have been to buy more expensive ones - never had that happen at a post office licensee before. Great to spend 15 minutes waiting just to get this information.

A Chinese lady, who appears to be a manager at the store, behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When I went to collect my parcel, she yelled at me in front of several other people in the queue, making me feel embarrassed because I didn’t have the collection card with me. It was my first time collecting a parcel, and although I had my ID on hand, she kept insisting that I show the collection card, without any attempt to assist or explain the process. Her behavior was completely inappropriate, and she clearly lacks basic customer service skills. It was a terrible experience.

I have used their service twice, and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The staff here are always so kind and patient. I would prefer to walk a couple of blocks to send my parcel here instead of that one in the city.
