Kind and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and know how to best help you.

Been here twice because AusPost keeps redirecting my package (without even attempting to deliver :/ Was a hassle to have to go to a post office when the package should have been delivered, but that's another story and not the branch's fault).

UPDATE: I feel the new owners have somewhat found their feet. My last few visits have been met with friendly staff, though language barrier a small factor.

Ownership change as of Feb 2022. I miss the old crew & their dog.

Ive been in twice since the change - I'll continue to go there for my tatts becaus it's so close but for anything I feel like it'd be easier to travel and find somewhere else.

My parcel was lost by Aupost，and the box hill south LPO received my parcel without contacting me and directly returned my parcel to the sender, and this caused a big trouble to me. Very poor customer service and lack of communication！！！

Old woman has to yell I suppose because there's a dog behind the counter constantly barking! She was also very abrupt and dismissive. There's no need to be so rude to customers who are being pleasant. Definitely not going there again.
