This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst post office customer service experience I have ever had. Every time I come here, I’m met with the same appalling level of service, but today was beyond unacceptable. I went in to collect a package, and as expected, the same old Asian woman who has served me multiple times always with an unwelcoming, dismissive attitude was at the counter. She had a permanently sour expression, making it clear she wanted nothing to do with customers. Throughout the entire transaction, she did not utter a single word, nor did she even attempt to make eye contact. Instead, she looked at me with a mix of disgust and complete disinterest, as if my presence alone was an inconvenience to her.

It’s astonishing that businesses like this are allowed to operate when customer service the fundamental purpose of any service-based business is so blatantly disregarded. How can a place that treats customers with such outright hostility continue to exist? It’s one thing to be indifferent, but this level of rudeness and disdain is absolutely inexcusable. The fact that she still has a job despite her horrendous attitude speaks volumes about the lack of management, accountability, and basic standards at this establishment. This place is a disgrace, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it unless they enjoy being treated with contempt.

Generally I was very happy with my experience at Bexley Post Office after a bad experience with another local PO. The set up here is much easier to use than most other post offices. There is a bit more room to organize parcels and the customer service is very good. This is my new PO now.

my friend in Sydney sends me parcels regularly, yet every time she posts them from this PO the don't arrive !!
