Absolute joke, they don’t bother to deliver parcels and automatically mark as collect from the office. Complaints department don’t reply. Use anything of other than Australia Post if you actually want something delivered to an address

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service, wouldn't even bother to check for my parcel which was sitting on the floor right next to them. They don't even bother delivering to your house. If you want to get a parcel delivered DON'T USE THEM go with a private courier. absolute waste of time. the guy should be fired.

If Australia posts job was to with hold mail these clowns take the cake, will not deliver parcels to your house you have to go into town and get them. Get an email to say collect parcel these Muppets say come back after 2pm even when you get the email at 1030am, so rang complaints department saying this and they say no that isnt right you can pick up your parcel so i say no they wont let me so complaints says i will ring to find out whats going on and they hung up on their complaints department, I could go on and on and on. If you don't want to deliver mail get a different job!!!

The rudeness of the 2 male staff in the bermagui post office are arrogant and rude.. The full language that is used in the office is disgusting and not acceptable..
I get a email saying that I have a parcel ready to pick and drive into town to be told they won't hand it out till after 3..
I will be taking this matter further.. They should not have a job..
