I find that if a company uses those signs that say rude and offensive behaviour wont be tolerated its generally because they have poorly trianed staff they put in the front line .
This post office is a classic example of that .

Got a notification say parcel was ready to be pickes up . When i arrive the line is already out the door , staff members thought at this busy period it was nore important to price the clearance items.
Wait for over 20 mins to be served .
When i reached the counter and produce the app with the QR code and my license(a queensland issued license) . in the 20 mins i had to wait i thought id click the link under the QR code which lead me to what ID is required .
The staff member said its not here without looking and i said why did i get a text saying it was ready to be picked up ?
The lady behind the counter then said that my ID was not good enough and it has to have your address .
Which is clearly not the case .
Passports do not have an address on it and is 1 form of ID that is accepted .
Also for those without photo ID a bank card and medicare card will do in its place . .

The signs clearly give these staff the confidence to give false imformation without any consequences and if you get upset they can kick you out because of they are doing the wrong thing . .

If you dont want your staff to be abused , train your staff correctly .

'Worst Post Office on the entire planet' is still too kind for this place. Unfortunately the useless delivery people don't even attempt to deliver to my house and bring my parcels here to be collected despite having 3 other post offices significantly closer to my house. You need to block out a full business day just to come here because that's how long it takes to be served regardless of what time of day you arrive, there's always a line up to the door (if not, wrapped around the whole shop). The main woman with the grey hair moves at a glacial pace, clearly hates being alive and makes it everyone else's problem, she needs to go. Sometimes when my parcels come here, I just place the order again because no amount of money is worth dealing with this place.

The person working there today shouldn’t be in this position. At first I went to another post office and was told to do online declaration, but I didn’t have time and had to go back to work, I did it before I went there today and it was completely useless. She gave me a declaration paper and I filled the paper up with necessary details, after that she started to complain about tint being on the paper, although I’m left handed- get better pens to fill the papers out if you’re not happy with tint getting on the paper. She also was very rude and arrogant with the Healthcare lady that was there before me. She don’t belong in this service if she can’t talk with people normally.

A lovely woman, I think her name was Joanna, found my parcel. It wasn't on the system but she went into the back and had a look for parcels with my name and found it. Thanks.

Had worst experience in My life. I went there with my kids to pick up a delivery which was for my kids and its friday. It was 4:52pm and 1 asian elderly lady was not letting me in just because the line was big. I was begging and she was so rude infront of the kids and the other customers were requesting her that its not fair. She was very angry and rude. Then i stayed inside and refused to get out. Then she tried not to serve me by giving the deadline for other staffs 10 minutes. Luckily she lost the game and other staffs served every one of us very quick. I will put the name next time.

worst experience i’ve ever had at a post office with a particular blonde lady Joanna? that is spiteful and rude. Turns you away when you’re trying to pick up a parcel and speaks quite rudely and condescending to her customers.

This is a really small post office that's generally packed with a lot of people. It's hard to find a spot to pack and piece together parcels or to deal with large post items and bulk shipping. I usually go here for pickups, but I prefer not to. The waiting times can be long and it feels a little stuffy and crammed inside.

Parking is NOT provided at the back, that's staff only parking which is a shame. Staff shouldn't be allowed to park at the back, it's frustrating having no space, or parking in the public car park which isn't safe nor convenient for people with mobility issues. They should allow parking for customers with a limit of 10 minutes.

Staff are also not always helpful, nor friendly. I understand the negative reviews on here, they make sense. When I called Australia post to talk about these issues over the phone, they weren't interested at all.

Tracking system blatantly lies about delivery attempted. My office was open and my reception waiting for the delivery at the time that delivery was purportedly attempted. It was a rather large item, likely delivery person did not want to go up the elevator with it. But it means I have to go collect from the post office something which I paid to have delivered to me. Doesn't seem right.
