I visited Australia Post in Bankstown Central and had quite a negative experience. I paid a fee of $13 for a money order, and although I was happy to pay this amount, the customer service member was somewhat disagreeable. As I did not have a complaint, I do not know what the issue was. I usually have a good experience at this Aust Post Shop, but unfortunately not this time.

I recently visited the Bankstown AusPost and had an unfortunate experience with Mel, one of the postal service officers. When I asked for assistance regarding a second JP for my ID, Mel was very rude and dismissive. Instead of offering help, they seemed annoyed by my questions, responded in a condescending tone, and rudely asked me to leave and visit another place for the JP.

I understand that everyone has bad days, but as a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, which was completely lacking in this interaction. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

I want to clarify that this review is specifically about my experience with Mel and does not reflect the rest of the AusPost team. In particular, Nital was wonderful and provided excellent service. I hope my experience with Mel was an isolated incident, and I appreciate the efforts of other team members who are helpful and professional.

I personally want to thank Melanie for her customer service when she served me on Monday 15th April. Due to lack of assistance and service the post office I attended on Saturday was clearly not bothered to help me process my passport application. He even took my passport photos that did not meet the criteria. Melanie retook my photos and completed my passport renewal application in less than 7 minutes. Thank you Melanie and for your customer service which was outstanding!! This will be my preferred PO in future

Waited for my delivery. Get sms for timing. No one showed up instead get a message saying parcel pick up from Post Office. Our mails dont get delivered. Frustrating Complaints at the Post Office. They inform us it's not our delivery person. Hopeless. 👎 👎 👎 Staff at Post office are NOT helpful at all.

Staff were extremely helpful. I filled out the wrong package but the lady helped correct me. Then the gentleman that served me was so kind and polite. I didn't read their name tags but they worked today (8/11) around 11:20am

The only reason we are giving stars is because of a staff named Joanna. No one wears name tags so we asked her as she was kind, patient and understanding.
We went to issue passports and on our first visit there, the first assistant was trying her best to not complete the procedure!
She was mentioning how busy the store was (yes we went Saturday but we both work weekdays and when we asked they said there is no need for an appointment)

I stayed home waiting for my parcel. And this thing didn't happened once but many times!! They are so lazy to deliver to apartments. I know your job is not easy but part of your job is to assure that the parcel or package was delivered on time! It's not as if the delivery is free!

I went there for a witness service around 1:50pm. The cashier told me to come back at 2:30pm because her manager will be back by then. So, we patiently waited outside until the time come. When we came back in asking for assistance. This manager refuses to do. His staff said He Does NOT want to do it without a reason. Why?
