Early days with the van, but I need to recommend the customer service we have received from the Campbellfield staff to date. Detailed handover was good. Follow up phone calls, and dealing with some money nor issues have been promptly and professionally dealt with. Scott in particular has been both generous and helpful. Full marks.

We finally took delivery of our gibb 16 on 16th January 2025 after admiring it for the last two years. The sale was handled in a professional and friendly manner by Scotty from Campbellfield.Delivery was done within the given wait time frame. Delivery was at Campbellfield on 16/1/2025 and handled by Roxanne and Scotty in a very detailed and friendly atmosphere . Our brains tried to adsorb most of it but have had to ring a few times to refresh. The team there have been most helpful. We have had the van away for a few days and tried most features successfully, the van towed nicely behind the wildtrack. From looking at the Tanami X15L at the bendigo expo thru to finance and then pickup today its been a smooth and easy process. Only weeks.
Dan at Campbellfield showroom is extremely knowledged in the operations of the camper and was very thorough during our walk through.

Sorry a long post....

After many months of researching the perfect Hybrid Caravan models, we were very impressed with all the storage compartments and the quality in the Austrack Range. Coming from a Jayco Dove, we were very excited to upgrade and placed a deposit down for a X13 Tanami Series 3 at the Geelong Caravan Show. It was only a couple of weeks until the Campbellfield team called and said it was on the way down from QLD. Our excitement was short lived when at handover we noticed a few imperfections. We were told to place a warranty claim and due to our excitement of picking up a new van we took it home. After returning back home we noticed more issues and informed the warranty team in QLD. Hence 4 out of 5 stars. After constant hounding (2 weeks), Austrack's CFO agreed to exchange the van for a new one.

Scott from Campbellfield was very apologetic because this van slipped through the cracks and was very helpful with the ease of exchange. Scott is a wonder of knowledge and very understanding with what frustrations we had.

Even though we had this hiccup, we still recommend checking out Austrack for your next van! The new van so far is great! It tows like a dream and super easy to set up. The team at Campbellfield are very helpful if we have a query, they're happy to help over the phone.

The facebook group with other Austrackers is also great for help on anything you need answered and full of extra ideas. There are a few employees on there two, if you need to reach out when the office is closed.

Can't wait for more adventures in our Tanami X13 Series 3

Hayden and the staff at Austrack Campers in Melbourne were absolutely awesome. We picked up the van and Hayden showed us right through on what each area did. He was just an absolute legend. We will recommend 100% to anyone looking at buying a van. Again they guys were just awesome.

No issues with Campbellfield sales BUT beware - the after sales service is lacking. We love our Tanami x13 but after the wheel sheered off we were unable to get 1. replacement brake drums (the repairer had to replace the entire brake system) and 2. A replacement wheel (no one will get back to us about availability and price). Why can’t a 2022 caravan get parts? Why can’t they at least get back to us. Daily calls from out tyre shop - nothing. Several online requests from me - nothing. No point spending >$50k if you can’t get spare parts.
