We have had so much trouble trying to get our new van fixed. We waited more than a year to be able to lock our van...plus our door also locked us in...fire extinguisher wasn't supplied. We will post it they said..no we had to drive 3 hrs to pick it up. T V was checked before we took ownership. No it wasn't..aerial wasn't working. Also a leak in bathroom, don't know where it comes from...never even looked at...warranty..the amount of emails I sent, phone calls, holidays with no lock on our door is really frustrating. It sounded like we were covered but to get the work done....

Our van was not even used for a day and we have not been able to use the water.
The lock to the door broke after the 1st time locking it. The tv is so bad.
We now get locked in or out of the van. The dealer refuses to come and fix problems but we cannot leave until the end of the month due to our business commitments. The professionalism is so poor we are so disappointed. Our 1st time buying a caravan and prob our last. They are not even raking our calls and ignoring our messages.
Do not buy these vans.

We have been living in our Aussie 5 Star Escape22 for 20months now while travelling Australia. Honestly the best van for the best value for money AND the absolute best service from the owner and his team in Melbourne. We have had VERY minor issues which were dealt with swiftly and efficiently (we are seeing the exact same issues in other bigger/well known brands since we have been on the road, we are after all driving our house around the country). After having this van, and the service we have received, I can't see us buying any other brand of caravan. Aussie 5 Star all the way!!!

Very disappointed with the quality and finish of this van. Never ending issues with minor problems that ended up frustrating our attempts to holiday.
Detoured 1000 km to the factory to have repairs addressed.

Ended up with more problems once we left. Some of which are not the manufacturers fault, supplier parts failed.
Mohan did attempt to fix all issues but ongoing issues post departure from the factory have left a sour taste in our mouths.
I realise a lot of these vans were rushed out due to covid but really disappointed at the amount of failures in a new van.
Hopefully the new vans are finished better. Mohan does attempt to improve as he goes but still disappointed with our product

We purchased an Aussie five star Lonsdale model 9 months ago have had a large trip away and many smaller trips and couldn't be happier with the van exellent quality and great service from the builder

Really happy with our Joey had it 12 months with a 6 month trip nearly completed
