Convenient to shopping centre and restaurants. Very good location and easy to find. Great sense of security as travelling with small children. Hosts kept us informed of anything we needed to know. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your apartment.

Both my sister and I were vert upset when arriving to this place. The photos didn't depict the actual house. The carpet was badly stained which made the place feel dirty. We only had 3 towels and the linen was old and mismatched. Also furniture was broken not a lot of care put in to making this space nice and welcoming to guests who paid good money. We ended up cleaning sheets and covers for beds to make ourselves feel comfortable that it was clean. We were only in Perth for one week and couldn't wait to go home to nz. They have done no maintenance to inside or outside. In future we will stay in hotel to ensure we get what we pay for. For this we can only give 1 star. And recommend people to ensure they check out the listing and interrogate the information provided before booking. It really did put a damper on our holiday and we ended up going away for one night just to get a good night's sleep down in bunbury. We don't normally complain but we were really disappointed in this place and have also advised owners of our complaints in the hope that they will improve.

Our stay of 6 people was a pleasant one. I must say the house is fully equipped and maintained clean. Kitchen was complete with appliances and utensils making cooking and food preparation a breeze. There were some food items such as tea, flour etc provided which could be used in emergency. I find this helpful. Access to markets and shops was good. Overall we find this place an excellence choice at a reasonable rate.

The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is a short distance to shopping, trains and other transportation. It is gated and secure with its own undercover carparking spot. This is the third time I have stayed in this unit and will not be the last.

Would not recommend accommodation until they get a new cleaner in and to do a DEEP clean of the accommodation.
The overall cleanliness and standards of the accommodation does not match photos they advertise. Upon reading such positive reviews on Google and seeing photos advertised we realise the reviews can be very deceiving. They have a promotion of leaving a 5/5 star view in go into the draw to win 2 nights free accommodation. So reviews are very bias. Reviews do no match the conditions we had to deal with for our stay. When addressed this to the owners they offered minimal compensation and advice we get "travel insurance" next time..... In a world we live in now, well have to be extra clean and sanitisation the conditions of this stay where very poor. Conditions from dirty and marked walls throughout the accommodation, dirty living spaces like the kitchen stove and even blood and food found on linen. Even blood splutters where found out the front courtyard....

Overall very poor and grim experience and would not recommend to stay and we value HONEST reviews without promotional advantages.

AMAZING PLACE GREAT LOCATION. Nice and tidy apartment, secure location 2 minutes to restaurants and shopping centre all amenities, beds are comfortable, kitchen is suited to cook anything and very clean and tidy great for couples and small families highly recommended I will be returning for a longer stay.
