Our stay for 3 nights was very comfortable. Nice spacious rooms, beds and kitchen space with cooking appliances, pans and crockery. Easy access to shops, Hunter Valley Gardens X'Mas lights and vineyards.
Overall, very happy.

What a lovely cottage! It is much more spacious than the photos. The prime location makes it worth the stay, it is 5 minutes to the major shopping centre Coles, Woolworths which make the grocery shopping convenient! If you don't feel like cooking, many restaurants within 5 minutes drive. It is close to Hunter Valley Garden and the majority of the cellars within 10-15 min drive!

The owner is very responsive in replying email/messages. We get a check in text reminder 1 week and a day before the anticipated arrival time. The owners even texted us to check which bed configuration that he can make up for us.What a thoughtful act from the owner !

We found the directions about check-in to be easy and the home is very clean,spacious and comfortable. The heating via air-conditioning was great. The lounges are comfortable and great TV reception. Close to everything. Feels welcoming with a great host in David.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
We are 80 and 77 year olds. We did find the back steps challenging without a rail and something like luminous tape to mark the edge of the step. We appreciated the kitchen utensils and equipment supplied and how clean it was. Your cleaners were on the spot and very helpful when we needed assistance with keys and remotes.

My family and I stayed here and had such a great experience. The house is spacious and very cosy and in an awesome location with a short walk away to shops and fast food restaurants. We had a lovely stay and David and Hilary were such friendly and accommodating hosts.
