We were arriving late on a very hot day and asked twice that they please put on the air conditioning for us, when we arrived at 7.30 and 38 degrees the room was hotter than outside ( not on )and the aircon was so loud when we put it on, took 4 hrs to get some sort of coolness to try sleep. The room was not even close to clean with spiders and dead bugs. Blinds that do not fit the window with large lights everywhere lighting up the room. The manager never replied when I tried calling or to my message. Drive on people.

On arriving I had to go hunt for the manager to get a key after being promised a text with the lock box code.
They hadn’t bothered to turn the aircon on ahead of our arrival. It is a hot night. Room cooled fairly quickly.
One double power point at the bed head. Aircon plugged in here so I chose C-pap machine over a bedside lamp.
My husband and I had to share the one towel and face washer provided.
The cockroach pictured on the wall should be dead behind the bed from my fatal blow.
Comfortable bed.
Clean room and amenities.
Good value at $160 per night
Dinner at the Commercial Hotel was superb.
Manager was very polite but IMHO lacks training.

Woeful service from the management. Everything else was OK. Beds good. But shower drain blocked everytime we showered. Water sat for hours. Stayed for 4 nights and reported shower on day 2 after first night. Clogged drains ran into car park and included shower water from multiple rooms (see picture). Management could not care less. Have stayed many times visiting meekatharra. This was the last time.

Had a nice one night stay at this motel. Room was clean and functional. Also enjoyed dinner in the dining room. Have no hesitation in recommending this motel.

Food was average at best and highly priced, room was fine except air con was broken and there was tea and coffee provided but no kettle or water available to the room. Budget room had communal bathroom which was beyond disgusting the shower floor was thick with grime. I assume the people that work here also live here as the showers were full of other people's stuff. Not ideal parking for large 4wds with trailers that tow another vehicle as you can't turn around out the back.

We got in at 7.30pm after a long day driving. No hot water at 7.45pm because it is coming back later. Big scary dog in front of me when I asked for milk at 8.15pm, and had to ask for tea bags as well. |The restaurant, I was informed on arrival, is not for me. Quite the briefest and least helpful interactions I have ever had…it was like being held in contempt for travelling. Got to love my WA. Goodnight Meeka!

I had the opportunity to organise Christmas dinner with friends and me being a vegetarian was able to find some food options which were extremely tasty and fulfilling which included cheesy garlic bread and mushroom pasta which was just perfect. Considering where it us located and so limited access to everything they're doing a fantastic job keep it up guys?
