Great experience in dealing with the manager Eric in our desperate & difficult situations in Dominican Republic to book a flight back to Perth supposedly to be in mid November. The flight via Paris to Singapore was fine, but the flight from Singapore was canceled, and applied for the Australian repatriation flight from Buenos Aires to Darwin by Qantas and we managed to secure our tickets. The nightmare began with the ESTA application to US, visa & special permits to enter Argentina with borders closed to visitors, 2 PCR tests & 1 antigen test before boarding Qantas flight, and all other applications to enter Darwin and then Perth. The nightmare became bearable & was able to overcome with the assistance & advice from the manager Eric. And we came back to Perth few weeks ago thanks to him. I'm very grateful!
