Best travel agency in the area!

Very professional!

Booked for my sister with them... they are very efficient and easy to communicate with. Gave me a couple of options with the best fares they are able to give, and always updated me, when there was news that I needed to know.

I requested the refund through my Aurga travel agent as a cancellation of my home country trip, and I will appreciate Aurga and Thai Airlines. They are so helpful that they refunded me within three weeks. Excellent customer service and Thai airlines I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The customer service provided by this company was incredibly disappointing. Representatives seemed disinterested and unhelpful, with long waiting times and vague responses. It left me questioning how they are even running their business. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Find another travel agent!!!! Not helpful at all and 3months later my dad is still waiting on his refund, on top of that, we are the ones having to chase up updates. Spend your money elsewhere! They dont even deserve any star!
