I have been with at work since January 2024 I work with Luke he is the most amazing job provider I have ever had I used to be with help enterprises and I never received the help I needed I feel so supported by Luke he is extremely understanding my daughter is with another job provider and I love At work so much I have encouraged her to come across to the same provider to see Luke my daughter suffers from an intellectual disability and he has been absolutely amazing in giving her advice I recommend anyone who is struggling and needs someone who understands to change over to at work I give a five star rating because I absolutely love Luke ? I couldn’t ask for someone better I wouldn’t want to change to anyone else

I'm sad to see my job coach Inga leaving but I think everyone should know that she has been the most amazing job coach I've ever had, she's been so supportive and positive always making sure I have what I need for work and always making sure I'm doing ok physically, emotionally and mentally! I supported someone using this company for six months and it was a terrible experience.

They were initially allocated to Grange, then the Valley, and finally here. The file was never updated and caused constant stress and confusion.

There were also multiple stressful staffing issues because good people kept leaving. We were allocated someone new who was inexperienced. We had to request a better coach who finally helped us here at Chermside. She was amazing, genuinely loved her job and gave incredible support especially after such a drawn-out and upsetting start. No surprises, she has now also left the company. The biggest loss is to the clients, as she was one of the few reasons this office offered anything of worth.

Management here is awful, and financial support was barely given to the client I was supporting. I had to escalate issues to higher up management and got a bare minimum response. I would never recommend someone with a disability use this service, it was appalling. Go elsewhere for actual support like we did. The difference at an actually supportive DES org is mind-blowing.
