A NIGHTMARE !!!!

BURBANK HAVE DESTROYED MY HOME & REFUSE TO FIX IT!!!

STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!!

The property was only built in 2018, yet the bricks are fading and the driveway is stained, cracked & peeling already!!!
When I moved into this property on the 23rd of March 2018, the driveway had a terrible stain on it. Burbank didn't even take responsibility or offer to help fix it, they just denied it!!
The bricks were also starting to fade within the first few months. I emailed Burbank and they finally agreed to fix the defects and created a work request #50870
The bricks were acid washed in February 2020. I emailed the Burbank warranty team on 3rd of December 2020 to tell them my bricks were looking even worse, looking more like white bricks.
The bricks are still not fixed and look terrible. No one from the brick company or Burbank has offered to fix them. I paid extra for these bricks only to have them fade within a few months. They look nothing like the black bricks I purchased, they are an eyesore.

The driveway was re-painted 3rd December 2020.
I emailed BURBANK on 28 of June 2021 to tell them that the driveway was already peeling.
Burbank emailed back on 29 of June 2021 to say "Wear and tear is not covered"
I want to remind you again that my home was only built in 2018, THIS IS NOT RIGHT! & they are the ones that stained it!!!
I can't afford to fix this myself, as I am a single person Paying off a mortgage all by myself.
I AM NOT ASKING ANYTHING EXTRA!!
I have worked so hard and spent my life savings on the great Australian dream, this was supposed to be my forever home!!!!!!

Can you believe they told me to fix the bricks myself?
SHAME ON YOU BURBANK!!! What a disgusting way to treat your customers!!!!!

If Burbank had supplied quality bricks and not stained my driveway, this all could have been avoided.
I feel that Burbank homes have not taken responsibility for their mistakes, the poor state of my bricks and driveway. They have also left me with a huge bill to fix it!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER BUILDER!!!!!

I went to Attwell estate. The Estate is in a good location. However Customer Service is horrible.

Rahul Gandhi , the sales agent sits tight in his chair with a facial expression like you just had Pangolin meat and came to infect him with Covid 19.

The whole attitude is - We do not care , we have enough customers to pay mind boggling prices for small lots of land.

Finally the office does not have a single hand sanitizer , yet you will be questioned on your covid -19 health.

The rudest developer in Melbourne. They don’t give the price list to customers, everything is kept in dark. All they try to do is get as much money out of people for a block. At this time when market is heading south, there behaviour with potential customers is ridiculous. Looks like they don’t want to sell. I won’t buy here even I liked the location and wanted to finalise a block.

Very rude sales person. Did not bother speaking with us properly and was not interested in showing us different land options. I would be happy if Oliver Hume( the land developer) takes some action against such disinterested professionals.

Hello All,

I would not trust this developer ID land as they mention that they would be looking after customers in building amenities , schools , parks etc. come and see elements TRUGANINA. Lot of work is unfinished and they Amenities are not built even after 5 years of the establishment of estate. 😣 idland mentioned that there will be a school charged us like a bomb and now they said school has been withdrawn by the school owners. Please look at current affairs on what the people from estate going through.

Mickey Mouse agency. After multiple calls and emails the "extraordinary" agent Rahul finally picks up my call. He sounds like he doesn't want be at work, like he is working drive thru at McDonald's. Unless Oliver Hume can't afford to pay him a phone plan....

They are the best agents to deal with...I went in not knowing how to start but they explained the entire house and land process to me.. I’m so happy with my purchase and could not ask for more. If you are looking for the best, stop looking and come to Attwell estate !!!!
