I have had a great experience with Atlantic Group, i have some dietary requirements and was unsure how if i would have been catered for at a big event. But then Mia one of the staff came and spoke with me and was so accommodating. Always kept me in mind bringing me food and ensuring i was looked after and catered for the whole night. I can’t thank her enough for her service ensuring i was not felt left out. Genuinely 10/10 service and can’t thank Mia enough for her consistent thought & keeping me in mind the whole night!

Sophia provided an intimate and elevated space for our wedding. The Atlantic Group delivered incredible catering and service on the night. All staff were so accommodating and hospitable—we felt truly looked after. We couldn't be happier that we chose Sophia as our wedding and ceremony venue!

The event organisation and delivery on the day were both seamless. It's never easy organising an event for 250+ staff, but it was with the incredible team at Atlantic. From the bar and waitstaff, through to security, everyone was amazing.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the service we received and the event was amazing– thank you again!!

Our wedding was pure joy and everything we wanted! With The Athlantic Group we had the best experience in what I obviously think is the best venue in Melbourne: Gardens House! Everything about the house, surrounding areas and the Marquee made my "Garden Wedding" dreams come true! it seriously looked like taken from a fairytale! Not only food and drinks were extraordinaire but the service was just as equal! Well trained staff that made all day feel effortlessly beautiful... But particularly our event manager Melissa was delightful to work with from the initial consultation until the very end. She was diligent and always on point we everything we needed.

Honestly lost for words about how little support and care the Atlantic Group had for my wedding. Calls not being follow up nor emails, staff was incredibly dismissive on the phone and had no understanding that I was frustrated that no one took me or my questions serious. Had apparently the manager of the entire Atlantic group on the phone and am shocked if this is the level of customer service the apparent "leader" in hospitality in Melbourne is giving.

So disappointed to attend yet another function at the Port Melbourne Yacht Club, catered for by the Atlantic Group, and be served sparkling wine and white wine that had clearly gone bad. They serve Darley Sparkling that is deep gold in colour, tastes sour and flat and they must have purchased a lot of it because unfortunately within the space of 18 months I have been to 3 memorial services there where it has been served along with a T'Gallant Pinot Gris that is also a bottom of the barrel buy!
I wonder if they do it as they know at these types of functions people are less likely to complain? Please show some respect to the people who have lost loved ones, and who are paying premium prices for a fitting community farewell and serve good quality sparkling, white and red that creates a good lasting impression. Adding to this the food is just ok - French fries in a cardboard box with tomato sauce.... I reckon you can do better!
