Stephanie was fantastic and a true treasure! We hired her for partial planning as we were in Cincinnati OH planning a wedding in Clearwater. It was a multi-day, multi-venue destination wedding with 130 guests. There were lots of moving parts and lots of details that she took over and handled flawlessly and put our minds at ease! We were truly able to enjoy our wedding. She spent extra time helping me with tablescapes and did not quit until we nailed it. She did all signage for the events and was do creative. She gave us fabulous recommendations on the florist and cake baker, as well as rental companies and transportation resources. When we were in crunch time she did what had to be done, always competently and cheerfully, to get things and people where they were supposed to be. We hired Stephanie as a month of planner and from the second our wedding month started, she took care of everything. She took care of all of the contracts, took countless calls from me, executed a perfect schedule, called all of the vendors, provided rental chargers/silverware/etc when our rental company didn’t have what I was looking for, and just honestly made everything come together. Stephanie set up the tables (in the pictures below) and, along with the florist and caterers, decorated the whole reception and ceremony venues exactly as I had envisioned.

Stephanie was so kind and sweet, but was able to step in and make things happen on the wedding day to ensure that everything ran smoothly, and that I got everything that I wanted. I wish I could recommend Stephanie and Astonishing Events 100 times over!
