My favourite go to Medical Centre. Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr Singh for many years now since 2017. Dr Singh very kind, professional, very helpful and knowledgeable doctor. The staff at the centre were also very helpful. We have been enjoying going to this Medical Centre. Thank you 🙂

This is the best medical clinic I have been to. Everyone from the doctors, to the receptionists, to the nurses are so friendly and show genuine care for their patients. They are very efficient, and quick. The clinic itself is modern and clean, and there is lots of space to park outside. I definitely recommend coming here, if you want proper medical care and treatment, and doctors who listen to you, and actively seek to help you out. Dr Robin Singh is very professional and caring and his wife Amanda always fits us in whenever needed. I live in Craigieburn and prefer to travel 40 minutes drive as they always prioritise their patients.
I recommended this doctor to others also, who have since written back to me to thank me for recommending them, as they had a great experience also.

Today they wanted to charge me an extra $100 because I hadn't been there in 18 months. Thankfully, I wasn't feeling too unwell and didn't need to see a doctor.

This kind of practice [or: This surcharge] is concerning. If clinics continue to do this, it could discourage people from seeking healthcare when they need it, especially those who are already struggling financially.

We have been seeing all the Drs at this clinic for the past 7+ years and we cannot fault their professionalism, knowledge and quality of care for their patients. My fav part is that we are seen on time. Most other clinics over book but this clinic does not. So I’m never made to feel rushed. My family have moved homes and live 20min away but we still travel back because of all the above.

Lovely medical centre both receptionists and doctor's are great. I didn't have a appt today but the Dr still managed to squeeze me in to get a fasting blood test done, as the nurse was not on duty today. The Dr's are very thorough with your consult but also genuinely care for their patients. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Medical Centre at all. And definitely not Dr Singh! My husband visited Dr Singh as he had some Medical issues
, he was told he can only discuss one problem! My husband said isn’t consult 15 mins Dr replied yes, my husband then asked him for a script for his blood pressure medication, Dr Singh refused to give my husband a script even when my husband told him he had no tablets left! My husband suffers with high blood pressure, this Dr allowed him to walk out of his clinic without prescription for his blood pressure! He refused to give it as told my husband he needs to make another appointment!!! Appt 1 problem and charge for a 15 min consult!!! We are also putting a complaint about this experience to the Health Commissioner!! This is unacceptable as my husband could of had a heart attack, Dr Singh still refused script for his blood pressure meds!! This medical Centre is more interested in making money and have ZERO CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS!!!!!!

Always available and a very understanding person. A couple of times I had to go straight from work to see Dr Singh without an appointment. Amanda, his lovely wife and receptionist always managed to fit me in . Going to the doctors doesn't seem so bad after all. What a great team.
